¿Por qué liderazgo bilingüe para Latinos?
Buenos estudiantes crean buenas escuelas.

Why bilingual Latino leadership?
Strong students create strong schools. The primary goal of La Cima Leadership Camp is to graduate our state's Latino population. The national average Latino dropout is 18%, while in Washington the average is 30%. La Cima's bilingual environment helps Latino students develop self-identity, a sense of empowerment and leadership skills to better serve their schools and communities.
